This drink feels like health and it tastes like... well, kind of like limeade but extra. We started drinking it every morning to help build our immunity during the sick season and also noticed better energy and brain function with a side of clearer, healthier skin! Plus... it's a delicious way to glow up basic H2O. Salute!
1 Organic Lime or Lemon, halved
1 TBSP Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (stabilizes blood sugar, anti fungal, anti bacterial)
1 TBSP Manuka Honey or Organic Raw Honey (boosts immunitiy, anti bacterial, anti viral)
(optional) 1 TBSP Blackstrap Molasses (high in iron and other essential minerals, good for hair and skin)
A dash of Himalayan Pink Salt or Real Salt
A dash of Cayenne- to personal taste (increases circulation and metabolism)
20 OZ Filtered Water or Sparkling Water (hydrates ;)
Squeeze limes or lemons into appropriately sized glass and and mix in remaining ingredients. Stir until everything is copasetically blended and add ice if desired. You can also play around with the ingredients until you find the perfect version for you. If you're a fruit lover, add some fresh muddled strawberries or a couple ounces of fresh squeezed orange juice. If you like to drink your veggies add a press of kale or wheatgrass. Do what feels right and we would love to hear if you come up with a version we must try!
